I have a thing for old Gillettes, but there's a lot of good new stuff out there, also. If you want an old one, look on the forums at badgerandblade.com. They'll have lots of reviews to read, too.

Cool. I stumbled on a profile who reviewed razors a while back, but can't remember who. Don't think it was you or I'd have seen more since... Anyway, cool. You reminded me I was gonna look into this more. If the blade savings work out (fusion 5 or whatever I've got now are stupid expensive), then could be a no brainer
Thanks. I was reading up on Rockwell and people seem to like them. The different plates are cool for tuning the blade gap. Those old razors are wildly different, so all of them together are probably the same gap variation as 1 Rockwell. 😂
Reviews look good. Prob gonna go with that over an older one like mre linked, just cuz I get analysis paralysis too easily with things like that. Appreciate offer to buy back if not a fan, that's a strong vote of confidence in the product. I see there's a pricier model with adjustable height instead of the plates, but price is double and saw some comments complaining about feel anyway
Was tempted by the black finish but went with cheapest one and 100 blade pack. Already know I'm gonna like it, and it'll pay for itself in just a few months.

Haha yeah, agree it was a dope pfp. User with handle mleku used to have attached pfp for longest time. He then recently said he was leaving nostr so I joked asking if I could have his old pfp. Was too perfect not to combine for a bit but don't wanna bite his style permanently :)
