Statute No. 947-W: The Wolf Utterance Royalty Act (WURA)
Clause 1: Any verbal, written, or implied use of the term “Wolf", including but not limited to “Wolfe", “Wulf", "Wolp", "Worg", "Wofl", “Wulfy”, “Big Bad”, or the sound “awoo”, shall incur a mandatory micropayment of 10,000 sats.
Clause 2: All payments are to be remitted directly to the Wolf Health Organization (WHO)
Clause 3: Repeated offenders may be subject to a temporary ban from full moon gatherings and Discord servers with more than three wolf girls.
Clause 4: Exceptions may be granted by certified werewolves, wolfgrills, or individuals holding honorary packsmanship from the Grand Council of Yellowstone.
