Could you make the app sort of verify its integrity on first launch with a specific relay (validator) using specific hash? Is this even possible?

None. Don’t think a decentralized trademark registry would provide any more benefits than the USPTO currently offers.

Have not made agreement with then for my nostr nsec for my right to say "Snikker Shoes". If I did, whey would charge all nostr npubs for using my Snikker brand word? Any pleb willing to make me "Snikker" logo to protect too /s
