I don't usually brag on my cooking, but these are sooooo good. Jr's and my egg are fried with a runny yolk for dipping the croissant in π. Literally do what you do with the eggs, toast a croissant and mash or slice up an avocado. Meat for puzzles if he wants (I'm sure steak would be amazing on it). Stack it and munch. I also did a half slice of swiss cheese.

It is one of the best breakfast/brunches I make. All those flavors go together so well. The fruit has a splash of lemon juice, a little honey, and some poppy seeds on top.
