Watched the dance of reality (2013) a semi autobiographical film directed by Alejandro Jodorowsky. It shows his childhood in Chile where he lives with his singing mother and strict commie father, in the 1930s. We see his father’s failed attempt to murder Chile’s communist leader, his redemption and Alejandro’s spiritual journey. He explains that for him, reality is a dance shaped by his imagination. The movie was interesting. Seeing how Chile went from communism to nazism. The singing mom was super annoying. Not once did she just speak. 6.8/10 #nodereviews
There’s also Psychomagic, A Healing Art (2019) left from him to watch. But seems too out there for me. Some other time maybe 🤣
