Getting lots of puppy snuggles this afternoon, she loves it when I have a migraine #dogstr
Not the twinsies I want to be 😣. They're just the best at trying to make you feel better. Hope yours goes away soon 🫂🫂
💜 I had a little snooze and popped some ibuprofen when I felt it coming on but it's a tenacious one.
Yes to both.🫂
Thanks 🫂 puppy snuggles, naps, and DS9 in the dark goes a long way.

I also struggled with migraine until I tried Botox. Headache free for 3-4 months in a row is great! But it doesn’t do anything with the energy drain.
I've heard about botox for migraines, but never talked to anyone who'd done it. Happy to hear you got some relief from them! I don't get them as often as I used to, they were awful when I was in my teens, I tried different meds and the side effects were as bad as the headache. Now I'll go months without one and then out of the blue get hit with one, I usually sleep most of the day after. The "hangover" is real afterward.
All this is way to familiar. The hangovers are a real bitch! I often have several days of them. I also had no effect of the medicine. They intensified the «attacks» in my experience. The worst one was a nasal spray, then tears started and I could do nothing to stop them. That in a combination with a pounding headache is not cool. 🤯
Oh no!! I never had a nasal spray just pills that either made me vomit or made the pain worse until I fell asleep.
Those pills are so nasty. It’s now been 3-4 years after I started with Botox and there is still no progress on the medicine that solves the puzzle without side effects.
I'm glad to know that it works well, if mine ever become frequent again I think it'll be the route I go. I will definitely not do the meds, they were awful 20 years ago and sounds like they've actually gotten worse 😂🙄.
Traditional medication will always be designed to keep using them, so I choose rat poison instead. It works! 😳🤣
Lol so very true 🫂
