6 oz cucumber sliced optional sliced pepper 1/3 cup rice vinegar 1 tsp sugar (I just did a pinch) Combine vinegar and sugar, heat if needed to dissolve the sugar. Pack the cucumbers in a small jar and cover with the vinegar add more vinegar or water to make sure they're completely covered. Put the lid on and throw em in the fridge for up to 5 days. I think I added a sprinkle of salt to mine but I don't remember. They're not traditional pickles, but they're easy and so good!

I will try to do it tomorrow! I didn't know there was such a need for easy spicy (sudo) pickles. Although as I'm typing this I really want more... #seeaneedfillaneed π

We'll always have our meet cute soup and our love of 90s music ππ« I need to utilize it more, I have some recipes I'd love to share and I've seen some banger recipes I'd love to try. I use a meal plan service to make my life easier and I wish I knew how to do computery things because the thing I love about it is that it makes a grocery list for you of the meals you add to your menu. It's such a game changer for streamlining the process.
