TIL nostr derangement syndrome exists
depends on what vertical you're talking about. in terms of performance, #notedeck is 1000x faster than the twitter web app. its really hard using twitter now, feels sluggish and bad. on top of this, I get private local search, private grok. the only thing X has going for it at this point is the diversity of people. our clients are already better.
it has definitely helped me. sometimes I don't even scroll my feed. I just get dave to scroll for me and find interesting content.
who are they fighting? X? or using X to fight for free speech around the world? sounds like a lot of pointless fighting when you could get it out of the box for free.
