Does an npub get automatically added after zapping or is initial setup required elsewhere?
You need to add wss://nostr.land to your relay list, that is it. Also, you'll get notified when it expires (if you like it, you can top it up with more later :)

You need to have nostr.land added as a DM relay for the DM to show up Anyway, your payment was received. That error was you rebroadcasting someone else’s event

TL;DR you can pay for Nostr.land by just zapping this note. You can see other options at https://nostr.land (it's paid monthly) Nostr.land basically gives you a standard paid relay, plus: - permanent storage for your notes - an inbox to securely receive DMs - an easy way to back up your notes - automatically broadcasts your events to a lot of relays, and increases visibility
