that's my point
even with the drop in cost of enforcement the market is keeping pace at the same rate
LED lamps have further lowered the cost by reducing the need for heat extractors, so, a double whammy (harder to spot, cheaper to run) and experimenting with techiques of growing ard propagation keep increasing, the consistency of breeds and the audacious evasion of the law by skirting past it through every loophole they can find
the cost of production has fallen dramatically and the effectiveness of enforcement has failed to increase so the price stays more or less pegged because of the increase of availability to all who want to buy
until all modern liberal democratic states finally fall nothing is going to change about this, and while many nations continue to blindly continue to enforce these laws, where it has become decriminalised they are reaping a prize of increased tourism
and, shock, horror, nobody's daughters are in danger of being raped by crazed marijuana fiends
this is an example of what i mean about the way that the exemplary violence becomes more and more ineffective
the government has no right to dictate medicine, and medicine has declined because of it, to the point that governments have become retailers paying for it in bulk and raising taxes to cover it and when it hurts people, the media is also bought by the drug companies
modern secular liberal democratic states are headed for the dustbin of history because they are incapable of resisting capture by despotic psychopaths
