managed to save it from what it originally was which wad a dumb protocol that only supported paying invoices

i've partly written a protocol codec for it but wandered off to do something else... i don't think i completed the codec yet, but maybe quite close to done... after that was the integration to the relay it will happen, probably, but i'm too focused on my paid gig fuzzy logic recomender and creating a simplified and better structured spec for #nostr that is codec agnostic and verifiable
