Nope, that's wrong. CDU was the popular vote for the time Merkel was chancellorette. The cdu stood for secure borders and conservative values. Merkel's cdu opened the borders against our constitution and let illegal asylants storm the country and had green values. So to put it right: It is not what the voter voted for the last 20 years.
