SnowCait was in fact working on their implementation before I finished mine. I have completed it first, and that’s the entire point of a bounty the way I see it. The first person to complete it takes the entire bounty. If you would like to compensate them separately, that's entirely up to you, but I don’t see why that would affect the bounty payout. "honor your contracts" is a good rule but also "don't negotiate with terrorists" can override it

Nice is subjective so it's going to vary from person to person. nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 should have stated more details about what would make the UI nice enough. I think nostr:npub12262qa4uhw7u8gdwlgmntqtv7aye8vdcmvszkqwgs0zchel6mz7s6cgrkj should get paid the full bounty because the claim was made after completing the work.
