If you don’t have an account, you could use https://bouquet.slidestr.net otherwise your uploads will appear in your account

Perhaps I didn’t set up the blossom band server properly. The picture didn’t show up in my nostr build account

It’s not needed, it’s just that if you have it configured you’ll find your files there. Check the profile settings to ensure it’s the case

Not sure I see anything related to api upload folder. Is it a checkbox or a folder named that way?
