If at all possible, reach out to people that you've orange pilled or setup with WoS in the USA and help onboard them to another wallet. They're most likely unaware of what's happening. Explain to them that WoS still works, but they'll no longer get updates in the USA and the future is uncertain because of that. Help migrate them to Phoenix, Breez, nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg or nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 so that they can be in control of their sats.
Muun isn't technically a self custody Lightning wallet. Can you do Lightning? Yes, but fees can be as high as on-chain fees sometimes.

If you want to receive Zaps, nostr:npub1xnf02f60r9v0e5kty33a404dm79zr7z2eepyrk5gsq3m7pwvsz2sazlpr5 is the only one that supports receiving them via Lightning address. If you want to send Zaps, all will work, but nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg is the only one that supports Nostr Wallet Connect for easy one tap to zap.

Muun is self custody. It is not real lightning though.

That being said, it’s my preferred onboarding wallet because receive fees are zero despite not being proper Lightning, and they do get to self custody. I tell them that they will need to understand the base blockchain layer and the true Lightning layer if they really want to learn more, but this is just a starting point. I haven’t found any other balance I’ve been comfortable with for onboarding.
The bitcoin portion of the wallet is self custody.
Which is technically the “lightning” portion too as they use sub atomic swaps. The whole balance is on chain regardless of how it was received.

I think would be wise to reaxh out everyone you know is using #WaS and explain then what's happening and what are the alternatives. They habe to understand we are in the "..then They fight you" phase. Mutiny does not support LN address, yet, but I believe it's coming soon via Fedimint. If you want self custodial LN address now, Zeus has it.
