there is a difference between coddling and handholding, and good onboarding. so basic education and as i emphasized collecting all these awesome micro-apps together so noobs will know they exist and can use them 🤙🏻
if you have followed me for any length of time, you would know i advocate for onboarding with best practices, not easy just use wos kind of bs. yes, people have to be ready to learn. keeping basic onboarding resources in a visible place is a good thing and equally important and what i emphasized in my post is collecting all the micro-apps in one area easily accessible from within clients. this isn't rocket surgery. if you don't know a certain micro-app exists, you won't use it. period.
