The 2 of 2 multisig using 2FA is a nice entry level for increasing security against wrench attacks. One could place an old phone that has the 2FA app on it in a safe deposit box in a bank. The bank or government officials that secretly get access to the safe deposit box would never know that this 2FA codes would be used for a multisig wallet. And would not be able to do anything with it.
