The real pernicious scammers are the ones that come off as real people and engage with you in actual English. I was duped by one who said he needed some help and offered to pay anyone who did back with interest. Never saw those sats back. That was all I needed to no longer trust people. Probably a rookie mistake, but it was much earlier in my Nostr days so I don't beat myself up about it anymore. Learn and move on.
Absolutely. The adjustment was to only zap posts I find value in and purchase items. No value for promises.
