I think these appear wildly at public relays, and the ones I see you are all so? If so maybe try a new balance, for example, I do have two public free ones, damus and nostr net; wine and noderunners the paid ones; and aside mine, some others from friends and development projects.
wss://relay.nostr.net i noticed it was missing on the screenshot hehe. However the bots would not dissapear but it might come less annoying.
