There was too much mass-onboarding of normal users in fruitless waves, while we're still figuring out the basic protocol and how to design architecture to maximize its utility. It was like trying to get people to move into a construction site, when you haven't yet installed the toilets and mounted the doors. A protocol is not an app. It is computer science. We are trying to redesign the Internet. Give us a minute. Geez.
You can onboard them, if you make it clear what they will be camping rough in a construction site and not living in luxury in the penthouse.
