Politicizing the ICC by going after Israel was an enormous failure for the free world. Big win for Russia. The ICC was able to legitimately go after Putin, and had some practical impact on his travels. Going after Israel for aburd charges of genocide is both effective at harassing Jews, while also helping solve Putin's travel problems. No surprise that the ICC has Russian judges and staff who went along with this nonsense... Anyway, regrettable, Hungary is doing the right thing here. War is not inherently genocide. Israel has every right to defeat Hamas, and if Hamas chooses to fight in the middle of a city, Israel gets to flatten it. Israel of course has gone well beyond what it is required to do by giving people living in these cities plenty of opportunities to move to safety.

It's a combat zone where active fighting was happening. Of course there are going to be Hamas forces in every building. They move around to try to avoid being killed, and in the process of killing them, Israel is going to end up flattening basically every building.
