the html standard has some field for norobots i think, why should it be any different here?
norobots.txt yes, or something like this, if it's in the root of a webserver bots are supposed to fuck right off

Yeah, I already added the bots field to NIP-01, a while back, as I'm going to launch some automation. Just wondering if people would like to know, or if they enjoy talking to the machines in peace. I just see more and more botfluencers trending, and it's occured to me that we're getting into ded Nostr territory. There are lots of partial bots, you see, with human drivers who occasionally peak-through.

I don't actually have a problem with bots. I build them and use them, myself, but I consider an interaction with a human more high-value and I'd like to more-quickly differentiate human and machine.
