As a relay operator, I have yet to hear an argument that even made me waver in my decision to support event deletions. My goal continues to be a ToS and policies that impose as little as possible on my patrons, while continuing to keep me legally safe. #relays #nostr
I agree with everything said here. And I do think the lifespan of a note’s storage is an important discussion - and one I view paid relays very differently than free ones. To date though, I have not found it necessary to delete any notes, aside from those of one user to specifically requested it. Storage is cheap, and my patrons are few (in comparison).
