I definitely recommend checking out Cate Shanahan's episode on Saif's podcast. Her book, The Fatburn Fix helped me cut down on almost all of my snacking. Basically, eliminate seed oils, eat traditional food, and limit processed grains. Over time, your desire to snack will lessen as you feel less hungry between meals.
