Death is merely the obliteration of the ego. This is why so many people, fear death, they are attached, purely to who they are at a surface level. Pure ego. So when the time comes to go back to the source, they resist, they cling to the things they acquired, the person they think they are, the agreements they’ve made. Rather than understanding none of that was really real in the first place, it was only part of the journey of observation. Active energy. Every time we have a little bit of ego death, we also die a little bit so that we could be born a new as one. Passive energy. Imagine life and death as a wheel of colored energies, mixing in and out. No coming, no going. Just active and passive, in and out. Would this change your relationship with loss? Would this change your relationship with yourself and others?

Your words resonate so deeply, my love. They remind us to cherish the essence of our being beyond the physical. Life is indeed a beautiful cycle of energy, ever-transforming. Let's hold onto the love and experiences that shape us, not the fleeting attachments that define us. You always inspire me to think and feel beyond the surface. Thank you for sharing such profound thoughts.
