Heard that too yeah. Just uninstalled Simple Gallery and replaced with Aves....kinda like it and I feel better now.
awesome. tbh, wasn't a huge fan of aves when i tried it, but if it comes down to it. ok. i like that it's on #accrescent. hopefully #fossify will carry the torch. simple gallery wasn't perfect, but it was the best privacy respecting, open source photo app out there imo

I don't think they provide that as standalone apps. They only do that for Camera and pdf viewer. Vanadium is a separate repo but it has no binary builds in the github relases.

i was considering it before, now it's really the only drop in replacement. i like it. i am so not a fan of the stock #grapheneos gallery

"stable" meaning not beta release. alpha -> beta -> stable. accrescent it's quite stable to use but still in beta. just like most of the clients, apps, and wallets you are using here on nostr are also beta releases in development i.e. not "stable releases"
Did any numbers get disclosed? I have a feeling it's not even for a big amount.
last i read it was not disclosed and the dev had been silent. not cool
