Well, I would buy a PS4 to play Bloodborne, but honestly? People in our country are terrible at pricing used goods. You see people selling Switch games at the same price as new releases. I'd only pay at least 1k for a used console, which is what I did before with a Wii U, I managed to buy one for this price.

The problem with PS4 is that you barely find any in stores this days and brazilian dudes becomes moonboy when they get CIB stuff even when it's not that old and rare and I see about the customs and all for imported games but some are just nuts to the point to ask 2K for a NISA collector edition

You can find some good deals, but you have to dig deep and pray that the guy isn't scamming you. Luckily all used devices I bought were in perfect shape (or I just had to replace a small piece here and there).
