Y'all be like, #agile doesn't work.
I just think it's ironic because I come from heavy industry, logistics, and banking and it was all highly agile. I didn't even realize how agile we were. It just seemed like normal software development. I thought everyone was working like that, now. I guess there's a strong selection bias, tho, as I tend to get hired into agile teams. 🤔
