how dead is start9 os? there hasn't been a release in over a year. the most recent commits to the project itself appear to be readme changes. I love my start9 and really hope there is just a bunch of work being done behind the scenes. #start9 #homeserver #selfhosting
yeah i mean i like the idea of doing it all myself, but i also have other things i'd rather do. start9 has always worked well for me and i like the company behind it. i dont' know nostr:npub1kyeml3tma4su8yw5aru48wgxclchp8zr3kguwhakmtmegjw40zws82sfjk or understand the reference. but sounds like a good follow!
I had bad experiences with umbrel years ago. I haven't used it since then. so I'm not sure. I hear a lot of people seem to enjoy umbrel though.
