10+ years ago red meat was definitely going to make you fatter, raise your blood pressure, & ultimately kill you. Now the cope among plant based people is that it might make you look better & lose weight, but you will still die sooner. Sounds like Peter Schiff on #Bitcoin, yeah it might go up for a while but it's eventually going to zero. Let go of the corporate/govt propaganda & embrace reality. #carnivore #health #diet
