I don’t claim to understand the complexity and nuances of international trade but I’m LOVING the fact that tariffs have helped impose local food and beverage products on travelers to Canada. Finally… the backbone and support for local producers this place has been longing for. When you’re traveling you should be experiencing the richness of another culture anyway. Not the same global brand bullshit you can get back home. Canadians don’t like orange man but they may benefit from his policies waking them the fuck up.
