Laptop ded. Killed my work laptop two weeks ago, private one today. Hubby wants to lend me his new one, but he's scared.
It's an HP Zbook Firefly. I'm supposed to test-drive it. But I am mourning my ThinkPad X1 Carbon. That was such a great workhorse. Shame that I rode it to death.
Well, in my defense, it was used, when I got it. And I really did work it to death. Nobody can say I didn't get any use out of it. With a new one, I can finally run a nice local LLM. So, there's that. I loved that laptop, tho. 😭
This thing weighs a ton. Ugh.

Just have to hack faster and 🔨 the CPU until it melts. Speaking for a friend.
