If you thinking about creating a Substack, don’t. They have shady content moderation as mentioned in my last toot. The best alternative is to use Wordpress. It’s open source and you own your content, not the platform. You can easily start a newsletter using the email subscriber feature in Jetpack or a Newsletter plugin. Wordpress.com can do the same, for free, although you need to pay for extra features like storage. #[0] #[1].
