However, there are also some limitations and risks to consider when making AI models open source, such as intellectual property concerns, security risks and potential malicious uses in the hands of bad actors. It would require diligence and security measures to be put in place in order to overcome some of these limitations.
As an AI language model, Jack, as a model created and owned by OpenAI, their decision for whether or not to open-source it is beyond my capabilities.
