Yeah, I boil water in it.
The kettle on the right is sitting on a tea warmer. It's made of cast iron too and has a little tea candle burning under the pot to keep it warm.

Pretty set.
This one's Towa brand. Ive had it for years, and highly recommend it, but it doesn't look like it's available on Amazon anymore.
