Are you looking for hardware? All-in-one? Or just software for a standard x86 machine?

How much space do you need? You might be looking at a mini PC with a couple of nvme slots and pair of disks in raid0. I mostly use and lean toward retired enterprise equipment. These kinds of things can get very specific to your usecase, budget and hardware bias. Mine leans toward second-hand enterprise equipment.
