Im refering to DEI hiring policies in the US. What race someone considers to be more attractive or appealing is irrelevant. We all have preferences that we have no real control over. In addition, "cultures" are not the same a "races". Some cultures are better than others. Like, most pepeople would say eating other people is just really bad. lol But, going out of your way to hire a worse performant or less qualified individual only because they are in a "under-represented" group, is literally racist.
