I used to do that, but I've broken up my days differently now.
The way I have it set up is that I'll do reciprocal muscle groups in the same workout to even out the strain. If I push a muscle, I'll pull it as well. So I have weirder combinations because I spent a few months exploring a bunch of exercises post PT on my knee, and narrowed down and spread each pair into 4 days of 6-7 exercises.
