bitaxe. None of them will be profitable unless you have free electricity. I crunch BOINC (help cure cancer) for heating in the winter.

That’s just not true. The heating system of the house is turned off while the miner is on. The miner uses less electricity than the heating system while also providing me with sats. That’s literally the definition of mine4heat. Bitaxe can’t heat the house and doesn’t produce any substantial amount of sats
What’s your experience with it? Have you tried it? I know some said the older models had issues and needed to be returned. Is that the case for the new ones?

Ah I understand. Im currently using a big miner and a big AC infinity fan plus a duct to send the hot air in other rooms. Looking for a setup the whole family can use easily. Someone posted a link to Avalon heaters/miners in the thread. They look interesting
