GM GA GE GN! Rest day yesterday for 100 squats for #31days. Managed a few pushups, sits ups, and planking. All were equally difficult. This is hard, I am not fit. But my resolve is strengthened each pain staking exercise to keep going and get fitter. More fit. Better in fit. So, to you, today, again I say: Do hard things, even when it’s hard.

100 squats for #31days. Minimal extra activity today, but am mindful to keep moving. Running an extra flight of stairs, 10 min of light cardio or weights if I’ve been sitting for too long. I’m terrible at timing it all, but averaging 45-60 minutes of extra activity is where it’s at so far. Do hard things, even when it’s hard. That’s all!

GM GA GE GN! 100 squats for #31days. Been changing my foot base daily to target different muscle areas. Group remains the same. Legs. They still hate me. Today was narrow and I felt a bit like a Dutch speed skater. Some heavy lifting and cardio for 60 minutes of activity. Do hard things, even when it’s hard!

Day 12/31 65 minutes. I woke up this morning after 4 days of heavy lifts and my firearms were done. I had trouble keeping a good grip on my work bag let alone weights. So I went for a hike and did legs (watch tracking failed). Hopefully one day is enough rest for the arms 😂 #31days

GM GA GE GN! 100 squats for #31days. Noticed my stance and weight distribution wasn’t even bilaterally. Muscles feel like it’s day 1 🔥 Also, chased 6 children around for a good part of the day. I’m good for the rest of the challenge now. I don’t make the rules 🤷🏼♀️
