Just trying this out. This is for any track and field people out there. I would love to see what #nostr can do. My 2 sons run track at a small HS in Ohio. They still practice on a cinder track and are fundraising. I donated already but will make another donation in the name of the Nostr community. My sons are a So. and a Jr. (the 2 on the left) made the Ohio indoor state meet this year. Looking for less tha $1 zaps, say 1000 sats. Somebody DM me how do I hydrate during a marathon so I thought I would share it here. I use unflavoured LMNT zero-sugar electrolytes for hydration on any run longer than 9 miles (I don't carry water for shorter runs). They have nothing but electrolytes. No sugar, no artificial flavors. No BS. The amount of liquid you use is personal. It depends on how much you sweat. My running plan for the year is set! Primary event: Light at the end of the tunnel marathon on June 8th with a check-in 10k race on March 23rd. Secondary event: Pig tails flatass 50K on December 13th with a check-in marathon race on October 12th. Now it's time to train. #running
