Thanks for the advice. I agree that hours under your belt are important. This year I'm following a formal training plan from Daniel's Running Formula that peaks at 17 miles in a single run. In the past, I've run up to 27 miles in a single run in preparation for a marathon race, so I'm curious to see how I perform with this new plan.
