We know that this would be the easy-fast route and the one everyone is going to rush to implement. But this will be much better. recomposition and referencing can't be done in-protocol with the old options it's like the html address but instead of just tthe few "id" fields in it marking positions each segment is an event

Each segment is a web page, basically, on the New Internet. On the NI, you can link webpages together, to build new ones, like building blocks.
