nostr is just a pub/sub and post office protocol rolled into one, it's not designed for big chunks of data like game skins complete with textures and animations and dynamic reaction programs (like regaining balance, collapsing in a heap, etc) though having said that, the #alexandria project is building index structures so you can compose large documents out of small pieces, this would enable the kind of data exchange and remixing you talk about
