I used to use Skype to have a US number and make voip calls. That's now gone and I cannot find a service that isn't shit, constantly annoyingly marketing stuff I don't want or just totally confusing because targetted at businesses. Does anybody know of a simple US number voip service? #asknostr

So a simple us number calling on a per minute charge. No bullshit, no impossible incomprehensible website with irrationally complex billing and crap? Just like a number you can use for calls)
You get a fixed USA number that people can contact you on like Skype number?
