Citrine has a "restore follows" button if you're using that as a relay.

I guess I'd have to rebuild it first then back-up.
Nostr.land restore works much better as it can show you multiple versions while not requiring manual backups.

None of the options work without manual backups and/or payment. Users should not have to pay or manually deal with contact list restores because their client has bugged out. I know one that works though :) https://nostr.land/restore

Well I canโt help you with this supposed issue if you didnโt reach out when it happened. The correct configuration also requires you have hist.nostr.land in your list which you donโt. While there is a best-effort attempt at syncing lists it is not guaranteed unless you write directly due to the nature of Nostr.
