honestly? instant pot on Meat setting I cooked chicken cacciatore for the first time last week and they were fall-off-the-bone 🤤

Cast iron: Salt pepper skin down for 8min med high till golden brown skin, rotate to skin up Into oven for 18min at 450.

Wine, beer. (Cover chicken), lemon, parsley. a few cloves of garlic, bit of salt….. bbq and brush with juice.
