so, it looks like #realy had some bunged up logic in the accept functions for reqs and event publishing, and was blocking publishing and reading from the relay seems to be better now... i have got a whitelist ability now, so i set that on the test relay so i don't have noisy logs from people using it, that was a really annoying, distracting problem it works by an address prefix, also, so in theory it could be used to restrict access to only from a company VPN
