In response to the well-earned criticism about his intentions to impose massive tariffs on foreign imports, Trump via his spokesperson put out a ridiculous word salad full of rosey buzzwords that have absolutely no relation to the reality of the consequences of such a plan. It won't just be the MAGAts who reap the consequences, but all of us. His plans have the very real potential to plunge the country into a recession with runaway inflation. The rich people will be fine, but the rest of the people will drown.
