Do you max speed or resistance or is this outdoors 😁?
Indoor cycling. I do either TABATA (2 to 1 effort to recovery) or intervals (1 to 1). Max speed and trying as much resistance I can (while maintaining the speed)

what I learned today is that if I wait until a bear comes I'll pull a hammy and it will eat me 😂
For tabata either 20 on 10 off or 30 on 15 off. For intervals it’s usually 15 on 15 off. Sometimes 30 on 30 off (but I prefer the ones with shorter rest)
